We are looking to recruit an experienced Nursery Manager on behalf of our client in Hinxton, near Saffron Walden and Cambridge.  This is a permanent full time opportunity working 40 hours per week.

Located on a quiet and secluded purpose built complex, this Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ setting is a wonderful space where children can be educated, play and relax.

In return for the hard work as the Nursery Manager our client will offer a competitive rate of pay between £32,000 - £36,000 per annum plus excellent career opportunities moving forward.  There is also a bonus system in place which rewards KPIs met.

The duties of the Nursery Manager in Hinxton will be:

  • Delivering excellent parents / children / colleague relationships
  • H&S, Wellbeing and Welfare of all children at all times
  • Consistent and effective leadership and management of a diverse
  • Staff Leadership – best practice, getting the most out of your team, positive behaviours
  • Administrative and clerical responsibilities which will include but not be limited to budgets, recruitment of staff, open days / evenings, marketing, parent interaction.

Skills required of the Nursery Manager in Hinxton:

  • Minimum Level 3 or equivalent childcare qualification
  • Previous Nursery Management experience
  • Passion for communication skills
  • Multi-cultural and diverse approach to Early Years Education
